This work eschews the traditional canvas in favour of a mixed media approach. Paint on quilted fabric with sewn on elements.

Turns out that what I thought were a series of METICULOUS MEASUREMENTS as I cut and pieced this work together..er..WEREN’T!! Meticulous, I mean. As a result, when I try to crop the photo, I either lose most of the work or the piece looks all crooked and wonky and stuff!! Arrrghh!!
